I worked as part of a small team of UI, UX designers and web developers to design and roll out several enhancements to the Range Rover & Land Rover websites.
This included enhancing ‘saved builds’ to offer greater distinguishability between a user’s saved configurations and solving user experience pain points. These included surfacing key specifications of the build, introducing a vehicle image gallery, improving clarity around removing configurations, increasing visibility of shareable build links, simplifying the ability to continue configuring, and sending a finalised build directly to the retailer.
In addition to this, I helped establish an EV charge map, envisioned by the client to aid in the marketing of electric vehicles. It allowed users to see the vast number of chargers available to them across the UK & EU, as well as their proximity to local chargers. This was built as an MVP, with plans to add direct routing and journey planning in the future.
